    To schedule an appointment before placing an order, please fill out the form under the CONTACT tab.

    Be prepared with your event date, venue, and guest count. If you already received a quote from us, reference the quote number. Let us know if you need to make any changes to your order such as quantity, color, or size.

    Your deposit will go toward your final balance and is non-refundable. A $300 deposit is required for an order under $2,000 and a 25% deposit is required for an order over $2,000.

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discovery with a 3.5% surcharge on the balance.

    At the time of placing your order, we require your best estimate for guest count which can be altered by 15% until two weeks prior to the event.

  • There is no minimum order for linen pickup ONLY but there is minimum order for shipping.

    For specific pricing, please contact our team and a sales representative will be happy to assist you.

  • We made the process pretty simple for your peace of mind.

    You place your order over the phone or in person at our office. We’ll email you the quote within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

    A deposit is required to hold your items for your event.

    Your final count and final payment are due two weeks before your event.

    Your order is shipped guaranteed to arrive the day before your event and your order should be picked up by UPS or dropped off to UPS the business day following your event.

    Once your order is returned, we will notify you if there are any damaged or missing items.

  • We recommend placing your order 3-6 months in advance.

    We can always accommodate last minute orders placed within the week of the event but please be aware of additional shipping charges.
